The gate level is the reduced level of the first step of the building after completing the construction on a specific plot, which should be 30 cm above the existing road level. Consultants apply for this service and after checking the request details, the survey section provides the customer with the nearest BMs and the reduced level of the nearest one.
The approved survey team should observe the spot heights starting from the known BM and the required plot and existing road and nearest existing gate and close on the second BM, all observed points should be shown on a copy of site/affection plan.
